Customer Reviews
Fair price for stone lamp
I was looking for a unique Steinlampe and found Almut Von Wildheim. I kept an eye out for a while, and when I saw a seasonal offer, I decided to go for it. The price felt fair, especially for a handcrafted item made from stone. The lamp itself is solid and looks great, definitely worth what I paid. Glad I waited for the deal.
Nice Pendelleuchte
I got the Pendelleuchte 21er Serie for my dining room, and it looks pretty cool. Installation was straightforward enough. The natural materials give it a nice vibe, not too fancy, just good. Shipping took about a week, which was fine. Overall, happy with how it turned out.
Consistent quality
This was my third order from Almut Von Wildheim. I previously bought a Tischleuchte and a couple of those LED Wandleuchten, and this time I went for a Zirbenholzlampe. Just like my past purchases, the craftsmanship was top-notch, and the delivery was smooth. They're always reliable, which is why I keep coming back. The quality holds up beautifully.
Detailed review of my order
I ordered a Nussbaumlampen and a few LED Leuchtmittel. The ordering process on the website was quite user-friendly, I found exactly what I wanted without any trouble. Delivery to my home in California took about 10 days, which was reasonable considering it came from Austria and was handcrafted. The packaging was very secure, everything arrived in perfect condition. The lamp itself is truly beautiful; the walnut wood has a rich, warm tone, and the light quality from the recommended LEDs is excellent. I had a quick question about cleaning the wood, so I used their contact form, and customer support got back to me within a day with helpful instructions. The only minor point was that tracking updates weren't super frequent, but the package still arrived when estimated. Overall, a great experience and a high-quality product.
Good Stehleuchte
Ordered a Stehleuchte 26er Serie. It arrived well-packaged. Looks nice in the corner. Works as expected. Simple and elegant design. Would buy again.
Beautiful Heuleuchte!
I just received my Heuleuchte and it's absolutely stunning! The mountain hay smells so good, like a fresh meadow. It casts such a warm, inviting glow in my living room. I loved that it was handcrafted. I'm already eyeing a Wandleuchte to match. This shop is fantastic. I'll definitely be shopping here again and telling all my friends!

Considering one of these hay lamps vs a Secto Design lamp. Anyone have both or experience with both brands to compare quality/look?
Are these lamps legit? Like, the real deal natural materials and stuff? Saw some knock-offs online that looked similar.
What's the deal with returns? If I don't like it when it arrives, is it a huge hassle to send back?
Do these lamps come with light bulbs, or do I need to buy those separately? And what kind do they even take?
Thinking of getting one of those hay lamps, but I'm worried about how long it'll take to get to California. Anyone ordered to the US before?
